Q. How do I book?
A. You have the option to book through our online booking system. Alternatively, you can submit a contact form by visiting our Contact Us page or give us a call directly. 07483 830 515
Q. Is a deposit required?
A. Yes, a £30 deposit is due within 24 hours of making the booking.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Cash on delivery is the preferred method of payment, although other methods such as bank transfer can be arranged.
Q. What if I need to cancel?
A. You can cancel at any time up to 24 hours before your booking. Please call us on 07483 830 515 to do this. Cancellations within 24 hours of your party booking will leave the customer liable to cover the full cost. Please note: Deposits cannot be refunded; however, we will allow them to be transferred to another booking for up to 6 months from the original booking date.
Q. How much space is needed?
A. Please refer to individual items for sizing, and ensure that all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish, etc., are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.
Q. What happens if there is no side access to the garden?
A. As long as you are comfortable, we would bring the inflatable through your house, but this is dependent on the size of the inflatable.
Q. What do the prices include?
A. All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, all equipment, and the setup and collection of the bouncy castle. All you need to do is have fun!
Q. When are your bouncy castles available?
A. Our castles are available seven days a week all year round, including Bank Holidays.
Q. How long do I get the equipment for?
A. Our hire prices are charged per day and are available between 9 am and 7 pm. If you would like the equipment later, please call us on 07483 830 515 to arrange this.
Q. What if it rains?
A. Most of our castles come with a built-in rain cover, and we allow them to go out in light rain, although this decision is up to you. No refund will be given due to bad weather. We do not allow any castle to go out if the wind speed is predicted to be over 24 mph due to current safety regulations.
Q. How long does it take to set up and pack away the inflatable?
A. The bouncy castles take approximately 10 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However, a whole party package will generally take longer.
Q. How much space is needed?

Q. When I hire the castle, is there anything I need to provide?
A. All you need to provide is a 240W plug socket.
Q. What is the age limit for children using the castle?
A. All our castles are suitable for different ages, so please refer to individual product guides.
Q. Can a castle be put on concrete?
A. No, our castles cannot be hired on concrete outside due to current safety regulations we have to follow.
Q. Can adults use the inflatable?
A. Only if you have ordered an inflatable for adults. You will be liable for any damages to the equipment due to unauthorized use.
Can we keep the inflatable overnight, yes.

Delivery Policy
The cost of delivery to a particular area will be disclosed when you select that area. We may have the flexibility to deliver outside the areas listed on our website. If you reside outside the areas indicated on our website, please contact us to inquire if we can accommodate your request.
In the event that we cannot fulfill your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness, or any other factor, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity. Delivery times can be coordinated during the booking process.
Kindly ensure that there is ample space for our products, the location for our products is easily accessible, and the area is free from mess and debris. Please note that a refund cannot be provided if we are unable to deliver your product due to insufficient space, accessibility issues, or an unsuitable location.
