we went to our first fun day this easter holiday and had a great time with my 2 year old. he was brave enough to use the biggest of the slides including the helter-skelter. very well organised and great staff can't wait till the next one. until then we will continue to attend the session at brunel university on a Monday at 9:30-11.

We went to one of Chloe’s Castles events in the sports centre at Brunel last week. Was really well run. The kids all had a fab time! lots of staff keeping an eye on everything! Complimentary drinks for the kids and tea/coffee for the adults and the snacks to buy were all reasonably priced. Thank you for a great day looking forward to your next event

I booked with chloes castle literally the night before, they were so accommodating! So friendly and delivered our castle even earlier than the agreed time. The driver was again extremely friendly.

Chloe’s castle delivered and set up the jungle play park and air juggler for my daughters 1st birthday. They were honestly AMAZING! All communication was seamless, they came set up and took away with no bother. I could not fault them. Also all the parents and kids LOVED the playpark and airjuggler. Great service and I would not hesitate to book or recommend again!

We had Chloe’s castles for my daughters 1st Birthday last weekend, I can’t recommend them enough for whatever the occasion is!
Everyone I spoke to/ met was so friendly and extremely accommodating, they were on time even a few minutes early.
The set up was so quick and they did everything for us :)
The kids absolutely loved everything that was hired and I will 100% be using them again in the future.
I had a bundle package which was excellent price wise for what we got and all the children were occupied and not bored for the entire party :)

Cannot thank Chloe's Castles enough from beginning to end, they were amazing. A team who is very efficient and always happy and extremely helpful at all times, nothing was too much trouble no matter how many times I called to ask questions they were always very Happy to help. My little girl had her 3rd birthday with Chloe's Gold Peppa Pig package and it was truly amazing, all the guests commented on how good the whole package was and the kids all had such a playful time. I also hired the glitter tattoos and they were excellent everyone commented how brilliant they were. My little girl didn't want it to come off and luckily even with her baths it never came off until a week n half later I had to scrub it off. Thank you to all the team at Chloe's Castles I highly recommend them to everyone for a magical party. Thank you., will definitely be using you every year!!

2nd year in a row we have booked Chloe’s Castles to provide the Bouncy Castle for our Son’s Birthday Party. I couldn’t find what I was looking for on the website messaged them and they got back to me straight away and I was able to book. Great price and easy to pay deposit. Everything transparent and easy to deal with before event. On the day, they came when they said they would everything set up in less that 15 minutes even paperwork and collection was the same. We had a brilliant party for our little boys 1st one. It was made by the amazing bouncy castle and soft play (rainbow package) provided by Chloe's Castles. Everyone was commenting on how fab all the equipment was and the kids had an absolute ball. It really was perfect for what we needed and although he was only 1 we had 30 children of all different ages. They all had a great time and even the older children were impressed that it wasn't just a "boring baby party!" The delivery and collection was perfect timing, the lovely guys from the team set up and packed everything away so it was completely stress free for us. Thank you so much, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great way to keep kids of any age and numbers entertained!

Highly recommended using this company. Today we had Buddy Elf visit us the children were overjoyed. I was able to do a few videos and took loads of pictures without being made to feel rushed. What a wonderful Christmas experience. We will 100% be using this company again!

First time I have ever hired a bouncy castle and Stacey was so quick and efficient in answering all my questions (there were a lot). Everything was done via Facebook messenger - so quick and efficient! So quick and efficient I won’t lie I was a bit worried there would be a hiccup on the day! But NO! The guys turned up at 1 as arranged and just got on with it! Such lovely and helpful guys! My Son was amazed with the set up of the Disco Bouncy Castle & Air Juggler. Would defo recommend and use myself again in the future.

Had a party for my little one and hired the Unicorn package. It was fantastic.

All the little babies loved it and also the bigger kids loved it too!!

Delivery was on time, to assemble was pretty quick 30mins & collection we had 1
Lady & her daughter come to pack away ready for collection. Very friendly team (family) not overly expensive so will definitely use again in the future.

We hired the Peter Rabbit Gold Package with the rollercoaster as an add-on, and we were blown away by the response to our party. Every child (20 x 3 year olds and some crawlers) had the time of their lives and the parents couldn’t praise it enough. It looked amazing!!! The service was exceptional and the 2 guys who delivered and picked up the equipment were so friendly, patient & efficient, we are very grateful to them. We hired the Paw Patrol ball pit, soft play characters, Chase vehicle, 4 whirlees, Chase Costume and Marshall Costume for our son’s 4th birthday party last weekend. The costumes went down really well, our son’s eyes lit up when they came through the doors of the hall, it was great that we had my brother and a friend willing to put the costumes on as it allowed everyone to have pictures with the characters and not be time watching. Soft play characters, chase vehicle and ball pit kept the kids entertained throughout the party. Gutted as Chloe’s castles just bought into the half height Paw Patrol bouncy castle but we had already booked it elsewhere and couldn’t cancel without loosing our deposit. If they had the half height bouncy castle when booking we would have booked everything from them. Nice family owned business dropped the stuff off when arranged and picked it up as arranged. Really friendly and helpful to work within our budget. Definitely recommend to use and would use again for future parties. Thanks again Chloe’s Castle
